GPS & Location Data Collection

By using the Boat Tracker and Heatmap features, you consent to the collection and storage of your GPS coordinates, device location data, speed, and route history. This data is used solely to provide the fishing tracking services offered on this platform. Your location data may be visible to other registered users when you choose to share spots. You may delete your pins and saved spots at any time.

Liability Limitation

Green Bay Trophy Fishing, its captain, crew, and operators are not liable for any injury, property damage, loss, or accident arising from the use of GPS or map features while operating a vessel. Use of these features is entirely at your own risk. By creating an account and using these features, you agree to hold Green Bay Trophy Fishing harmless from any claims related to distracted or negligent vessel operation.
